A-Best: I have purchased vehicles in the past (ok,once) where the seller said "All you need to do is tune it up" I later found out that it had a cracked valve. So now I say "ok, you tune it up and I'll be back". Good luck. And cars were designed to last 10 tears. Don't throw a lot of money into it.  

A: you mean idle air control motor ,it should located right at the intake ram PS when you buy the part you know what to look for .good luck.
