Why is there a tractor-trailer turned over at least once a week on I-4 in Volusia County, FL?
Seems like at least once a week a tractor-trailer is turned over on Interstate 4 in Volusia County, FL. Today it was a truck hauling sweet potatoes. Weeks prior, it had always seem to be a tanker carrying hazardous materials. What is it with I-4 in Volusia County?
A-Best: Most times there is a curve in the road and a driver, not familiar with the area, swerves too quick and with a liquid or hanging load causes a load shift like a pendulum swinging.
