What is the difference between an I-94 form and an I-444 form?
I recently became a citizen and I am now petitioning for my parents. They currently live here in the United States and we are filing an I-30 form, which is asking for their I-94 form. They do not have that, instead they have an I-444. Is that going to work in order to prove they did come here with a Visa, or how is it going to work? How do we need to go about it?
