How do I renew my I-94 with stamp on it: TO RESUME APPLICATION FOR ADJUSTMENT OF STATUS?
Last year I went to my country with Advance Parole. I came back in USA and I've got new I-94 with this stamp which is expire in Sep.13 2008. I have pending case for I-485 more than 2 years.
