What are some things to do along I-90 between Boston and Chicago?
I am driving with my girlfriend from Boston to Chicago in two weeks and am wondering what some interesting (and quick!) attractions might be along Interstate 90. Thanks!
A-Best: In order of your trip:
Niagara falls, near Buffalo.
Rock and Roll Hall of Fame - Cleveland
Cedar Point - Sandusky, OH
Notre Dame Campus - South Bend, IN
A: Niagara Falls
One of the Natural Wonders of the World.
It is also a good half way point.
Good stopover for a day or two. should go to the canadian side. If ur there for only half day you can see the falls from robert moses sp on the us side. But you really should see the Canadian side with its nightlife and many attractions.
Also then you can take Route 401 in Canada which is free quicker and much shorter towards Chicago.
A: You could stop in South Bend, IN and see Notre Dame. Then to Sandusky, OH to spend some time at Cedar Point. Then Splash Lagoon in Erie, PA and of course Niagara Falls, NY (& Canada). Then, drive as fast as you can on 90 out of NY into MA. Once you get there, about 2 hours in, you can stop at Six Flags New England in Springfield.
Out of all that, the only place I'd really stop is Niagara Falls.
A: What's the route? I'd like to answer you, but not willing to search for I-90 route. What states/cities will you be near?
