How Do I Surrender My I-94 Departure Record?
I want to visit my home country in Christmas and then reenter the U.S. Surrendering I-94 is the first thing I have to do, that's what I see on page 2 of the I-20. My original I-94 was sent to the government because I need to maintain my visa from J1 to F1. I still keep a copy of it. So how can I surrender my I-94? And If I surrender my I-94, there should be no problems, no interview when I come back to the U.S for studying after 3 weeks having fun in my country, right?
