A-Best: I plotted a route through New Stanton on I-76 with Microsoft Streets & Trips, updated the construction feature and nothing showed up. Either the program has a flaw or theres no construction. But you know how states work, if hey get some money from the feds to fix a road, they run out and tear it up.
