What station do I tune in to, to listen to ipod in the car?
Just bought a monster icar charger but cant find an FM station that I can listen to the ipod on.
The guy at PC Richards told me 88.2 (something like that) but I have been through all the 80s and cant find it?
Is there a standard station? (I live in NY if that makes a difference?)
A-Best: Most ipod radio transmitters you can choose the channel or it finds an open one. If yours is this kind you want to find a channel that is not being used (most transmitters automatically find an open one) and then set your deck tot he same station. Since you live in NY you might have a hard time finding an open station. There isn't a standard station to tune into.
A: you need an fm modulator that you tune to an empty channel then you can listen to your ipod.If your icar charger has a built in modulator set the channel on it to an empty station and enjoy your ipod.hope it helps.
A: Set it to a frequency that has NO station....
A: you have to find a station where there's nothing and program your fm transmitter at that station.
It depends where you live and sometimes you may move in the city, a station will come in stronger than your fm transmitter and you'll have to find another station. You have to try different ones to find the best one without static.
If you live in a big city, it makes it harder because of all the strong stations coming in almost everywhere in the fm band.
A: is not going to work in your city and if it works is not going to give you clear sound go here and click on your vehicle logo
