A-Best: if you look towards the back of the engine, you will see a small resovoir with a cap. it will be about the size of a urinalysis bottle (sorry, im in the army). this is the clutch fluid. it takes standard DOT3 or DOT4 (high temp) fluid. follow the line down until you get to the master cylinder. this is were you will most likely find the bleed valve, if there isnt one chances are you have a slave cylinder nearlby, follow the hard lines from the master cylinder to the slave. this is were the bleeder valve is on my car. i know its a broad answer, but its a start.
